Mexico City is preparing to make history as the only FIFA World Cup 2026™ host city to host three opening matches. The HOST CITY CULTURAL CORRIDOR is the heart of this celebration beyond the stadium. Through an unprecedented partnership with the capital's most iconic venues, we present a program that blends art, science, history, and the passion of football, leaving a social and urban legacy that will extend far beyond the tournament.

Description: A confrontational and reflective experience that invites the visitor to redefine football as a space for encounter, tolerance, and inclusion.

3. MUSEO JUMEX

Description: Works by international artists exploring football as a global cultural phenomenon. Includes a public viewing on the museum's outdoor esplanade.

Description: An exhibition curated by Juan Villoro about the Mexican national team: moments that have shaped collective memory, told through literature and national identity.

Description: An experience to play, create and grow where the youngest children experience the passion of football through learning and fun.

14. MUSEO DE HISTORIA NATURAL Y CULTURA AMBIENTAL
Exposure: Un Balón para el Museo 2026
Opening: June 3, 2026
Description: An installation using soccer balls as artistic canvases that intertwine nature and sport in the context of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™. The pieces will be exhibited and auctioned to fund the venue's renovation. The exhibition is complemented by "The Match of the Century," a program of interactive activities about nature and climate change inspired by the theme of soccer.

15. MUSEO NACIONAL DE ANTROPOLOGÍA

Description: A photographic exhibition connecting Mexico's past and present through the lens of Annie Leibovitz, in the context of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™.

Description:Summer program that includes the exhibitions «Tamayo horizontes», «Ante el eclipse: Arqueologías del arte mexicano» and «Fátima Rodrigo».

Description: «Canchas desiguales» is an installation that transforms a soccer field to reflect social inequalities. With its sloping and fragmented terrain, it confronts visitors with the invisible barriers that shape the game and life. This project is inspired by the work of Priscilla Monge.
